Police are investigating a bizarre stolen vehicle case.
Around 8:30 this morning a farmer went to check his irrigation pumps south of Mandan near Little Heart Bottoms. He noticed this blue truck abandoned in the river.
Bismarck police say the truck was stolen from the Borrowed Bucks parking lot last night or early this morning. Police say the owner didn't know it was missing until authorities called her this morning.
The truck has been pulled out of the river. It's not known if anyone was injured, and no arrests have been made.
