Ferderer - Back at it Again and Back in Jail

Posted:

A criminal who's behavior even "creeped" out the Judge handling his case in October -- is back at it again...

Jeremy Ferderer made a name for himself as the "Bisman Online stalker".

He was sentenced in October for stalking -- for his harassing behavior of texting and calling women.

At the time he told the judge he would never do it again.

But guess what -- he's back in jail for the same thing.

Donnell Preskey has the story...

(Arielle) "I just wanted to go to Blake Shelton..."

Arielle Johnson did what many people do when looking to buy or sell -- she placed an ad online...

And at 1:20 Wednesday morning she got a response...

(Arielle) "Hey, U want tix"

Later that day -- she got a call -- from Jeremy Ferderer's probation officer...

Ferderer was arrested Wednesday for violating his probation.

According to court documents, Ferderer texted a 12 and 13 year old girl.

He also used the internet -- something he's forbidden to do -- and accessed numerous ads from bismanonline.com and sent texts to women he didn't know.

Johnson was one...

This isn't the first time Ferderer has been in trouble since he was sentenced for stalking back in October.

His probation was revoked in February.

Court documents say it was for the same thing...

Five times in December Ferderer got numbers off of online ads and texted women.

Ferderer was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Even the mother of his child calls Ferderer dangerous.

In a letter to Judge Bruce Romanick she called Ferderer a habitual liar who's manipulative and obsessed with looking at online ads.

She says she "believes Ferderer is a predator and it's only a matter of time before he seriously hurts someone."

And one of Ferderer's most recent victims -- has the same thoughts..

(Ariaelle)

A revocation hearing where Ferderer's sentence will be re-evaluated will be set at a later time.

Officials say some areas on the road near Jamestown were 10 to 14 inches deep. It may be hard to tell but this is actually interstate. Drivers were down to about five miles an hour just west of Jamestown
Two westbound semi trailers were swept off the road and had to be pulled out early Sunday, and some eastbound vehicles were stranded until the water receded enough to let them proceed.
