Shoppers Stroll Through 1st Annual Art and Wine Walk

It's a colorful display of what the downtown area has to offer.

This is the first ever Art and Wine walk, organized by the Downtowners Association.

Participating businesses have wine, appetizers and art or music for people to enjoy as they walk and shop around.

Bismarck business owners say they enjoy having people stop into their shops for some food, wine or just good company.

"It's an opportunity to encourage different people to come downtown or people that haven't had a chance to stop by our shop before, we've been here five years but I know there's many people we'd still like to meet and get to know." says Lila Marquart/Business Owner/Dog Day Studio.

"My friends and I just wanted to come down and support the local businesses and try some new wines and especially see the art today." says Lisa Kyes/Enjoying the Art and Wine Walk.
