Ramstad Joins Foreigner on Stage

Posted: Updated:

Ramstad Middle School was invited to sing with Foreigner in front of thousands of people.
It's one of those feelings that's hard to describe.
One of those times when, I guess you had to be there.

---I want to know what love is.---
(Morgan Coleman, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "When you're at the top of a roller coaster or something like that and you're falling and there's that moment of weightlessness before you begin the fall, that feeling in your stomach that just makes you want... I don't know it was just incredible."
(Abby Harr, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "And because we earned money for our school, it made it even better."
---I want to know what love is.---
(Marie Cadwalader, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "I didn't expect it to be that wild, and that many people. Like, I... I'm still kind of shocked about it."
(Jacqueline Schlecht, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "I kind of forgot about the crowd."
(Hannah Edington, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "It felt like they weren't even there. It was awesome."
(Ashlyn Kossan, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "I was really nervous but I had family out there so that helped, kind of."
(Marie Cadwalader, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "It gives you like a really good feeling."
(Abby Harr, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "It was the once in a lifetime experience. It's something that you'll never get to do."
---I want to know.---
(Jacqueline Schlecht, Ramstad Middle School Choir) "It was just awesome because he was right behind me and my best friend."
---Sounds so good. Thank you so much everybody.---
---I know you can show me.---
(Kelly Hansen, Foreigner) "I want you to know that if you buy a CD tonight, all  of the proceeds, not just part of them. All the proceeds are going to the high school choir because of the flood.
(Ashlyn Kossan, Ramstad Middle School Choir) It was amazing.
(Kelly Hansen, Foreigner) And we want these guys to have some place to do their music so please, buy a CD tonight and contribute to these guys. Come on! Make some noise for these guys on their way out! Come on!"

A total of 8,252 people attended the Foreigner concert last night.
