64 units in total will be build through a two phase project with the first 32 to be finished by August 2013.
Rent for the town homes will ranges from 398 dollars a month to 930 per month.
The program is being funded through several Federal and State programs along with tax incentives to keep the cost of rent low.
The total cost of the project is 6.76 million dollars and is being headed by Beyond Shelter.

(Gov. Jack Dalrymple, (R) North Dakota) "It's important to get people to invest thanks to the tax credits and then to bring some of the additional funds in from other programs and make it attractive enough for the developer to go ahead.  We really appreciate Beyond Shelter.  They've done a great job in North Dakota another really nice project in Minot."

Governor Jack Dalrymple, Senator John Hoeven, and Representative Rick Berg were all on hand this afternoon for the ground breaking event.
