A Dickinson man who cut a deal on a drug case is wanted for violating his probation.

22 year old Jared Dillon is this months On The Run criminal.

Dillon pleaded guilty to delivery of methamphetamine in June 2011.

As part of a plea agreement Dillon was given credit for time served and put on probation for two years.

However authorities say Dillon was committing more crimes and breaking his probation rules almost immediately.

Dillon is accused of using marijuana and methamphetamine on numerous occasions and failed to keep in touch with his probation officer.

In addition, Dillon has been charged with Aggravated Assault for hitting a guy in the face, causing permanent vision loss in one of the victims' eyes.

In all, there are five different warrants for Dillon's arrest.

Dickinson Police say the are confident he is in the area.

Morton County Authorities are still looking for Laura Pleets.

They have received information Pleets was in the Fort Yates jail but has recently been released.

Pleets is accused of breaking into garages and stealing property in Morton County.
