It's the most popular ad ever placed on one of the most popular websites around.

Scott Leingang of Mandan wanted to sell his snow blower.

He tried placing it on Bisman online about a month ago, but didn't get any response.

He decided to get creative and reposted it.

The second ad drew over 20-thousand views in 24 hours and is being shared all over facebook.

Leingang--who doesn't have facebook--says he received over 100 texts and calls in the first evening and morning the ad was up--and knew something was going on. He said he had to take his number down because people were asking him all sorts of things. He said several wanted him to write ads for them. Others commented on how funny the ad was. But few were interested in actually buying the Toro.

Leingang, a mechanical engineer by trade, says he isn't much of a writer. But hundreds of others would disagree.

One person posted on our KX facebook page that she laughed until she cried.

Leingang offered to throw in several items along with the purchase. He says it's all pretty much true, except the cats are his wife's and he's not sure she wants them given away.

The snow blower sold today.

He says he plans to use his creative writing style on bismanonline again in the future.

You can read the ad in full on our website. Just click on this story and you'll find the link at the bottom.

"This ad, receiving over 20,000 views in a 24 hour period, beats the prior 24hr view record of 1,720 for an ad for "free horses" set in February of 2012," says Stephen Schnaible, Owner of BisManOnline.com

The ad number is 626292.  You can type that into the search engine.  Or you can copy this link:

June is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness month. The disorder affects thousands of combat veterans every year, many of whom never seek out help. According to the Department of Veteran Affairs,
The Veterans Affairs Clinic in Fargo has been working on their outreach across the state, they want more soldiers to get screened, but can't force it either.
