Two Insurance Agencies and Salon Broken Into Over Weekend

Two insurance agencies report burglaries over the weekend.

A glass entrance door was broken at Gateway Insurance at 2021 East Main Friday. The report says desk drawers were opened and looked through.

Cash was taken, and damage to the door was estimated at $100.

A burglary was also reported at American Family Insurance on south 9th Street.

Two entrance doors were broken into. A second glass door was shattered causing $1000 dollars in damage.

Cash and checks were taken. The incident happened sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning.

A similar incident is reported at Artists Inc. Salon and Spa at 2100 East Thayer.

A front glass door was shattered over the weekend. Damage is valued at $800.

Desk drawers and cabinets had been rummaged through. They are not sure if anything was taken.
