Reasonable Suspicion Training Held In Bismarck

Posted:

Drug and alcohol use can cause problems with family and friends, but it can also cause problems at your job.

Sanford Health is holding a training for Department of Transportation supervisors, to give them signs that they should look for in the workplace.

Some of those signs are not showing up for work and differences in work behavior.

"Safety is our biggest factor, so this training will help them identify those signs and symptoms so that their workplace is safe, and so that everyone can together and their workplace can be productive," Jennifer Mcgregor said.

Classes are usually held two to three times a year, but classes are also available for individual companies that want to train their supervisors or employees.
