Actually, McDonalds is making a switch that has the fast-food giant closed in Williston right now. The brand new McDonalds is planning on opening its doors this Sunday...this week has been spent cleaning up the last of the old restaurant and completing finishing touches on the new and improved McD's...
Also in Williston -- Aaron's has moved to town. Located on 2nd Ave West, the nationwide chain specializes in sales and lease ownership. Basically, if you can't afford it in whole...you can rent it, for a built in fee...and eventually own it. Everything from furniture to electronics. Aaron's also has a Minot location.
In Watford City, a much-needed, but aren't they all, new housing development has officially opened up. It is called Buffalo Hills and you'll find it just east of town. The development stretches over 77 acres, offering 77 homes that start at a price of 189,900. The 77 homes have seven different floor plans to choose from -- the grand opening was actually held today.
