St. Alexius held the event at the Bismarck Civic Center to raise awareness about various brain disorders and diseases. Kids were able to play games--enjoy inflatable courses-- and of course ride on the brain train. They also had face painting and numerous educational exhibits. The highlight for kids however, appears to be the train ride around the exhibit hall floor. It is all free will donations that gets people into the event that is held once every two years.
