Changes are on the way here -- at Dakota Square Mall in Minot. More specifically, changes are coming to the Food Court. Two new businesses are set to open before the end of the year.
First -- The frozen yogurt chain Cherry Berry is scheduled to move in here -- at the old National Guard display spot sometime in November. Cherry Berry can be found across the state of North Dakota -- Fargo, Grand Forks, Bismarck...but this will be the first location in Minot. Mall officials say late November is when the serf serve yogurt spot should be ready to go for mall-goers.
Around the same time, another new business will be setting up shop here in Food Court -- that would be Extreme Pita. An announcement of where the new Pita shop will be located has yet to come from officials, but look for a late November opening.
In Williston, Hampton Inn and Suites has opened its doors -- not on the north end of town where so many new hotels are located...rather on 14th Street West right next to Mercy Medical Center. Hotel rooms and conference rooms that can host gatherings upwards of 175 people are available.
