It's that time of year to get your flu shot again.

Custer Health in Mandan is holding multiple flu clinics this year.

They say it's important to get your flu shot early before influenza starts circulating.

Some people getting their shot today are getting it for the first time.

"We're actually taking a trip to Europe, so that's one reason, and we've never gotten them before, but and we didn't think it'd be a bad thing, and it was quick and painless," Laura Helbling said.

Custer Health will be holding another flu clinic on Monday.
