Brad Crabtree, a candidate for the North Dakota Public Service commission filed a criminal complaint today against the brighter future committee he claims wasn't factual.
Crabtree says the committee paid for a statewide radio campaign targeting him, while supporting Kevin Cramer.
"On one hand it was defending Kevin Cramer for his contributions that I've been critical of that he's received as a Public Service Commissioner from the companies and executives he regulates and at the same time was attacking me saying I'm taking all this money from environmental groups which isn't true," Brad Crabtree said.
Crabtree says the Brighter Future Committee spend about 25-thousand dollars statewide on the ad.
