Felony Charges Mount Against Mayor

The mayor of the McHenry County town of Balfour has been charged with ten more Class Double-A-Felonies for having sexual contact girls under the age of 15, bringing the total number of charges to eleven.

52 year old Dale Yost was arrested Monday night.

According to court documents, Yost is accused of engaging in sexual contact with 5 girls under the age of 15.

In court Tuesday, Judge John McClintock Junior ordered Yost to be held without bond.

Yost is scheduled to make his initial court appearance November 7th.

He's currently being held at the Heart of America Correctional Center in Rugby.
