A firearms company that has been around for about three years has moved into a new location -- just outside of Surrey. Nodak Arms started a few years ago making ammunition...but that has developed into carrying firearms as well. At this location on the south side of Highway 2, you'll find what you need if shooting sport is up your alley. They produce their own ammunition, can custom

paint firearms...and can basically get whatever you want when it comes to accessories.

On the road to Surrey, you'll find the new location for Heritage Homes at 5213 Highway 2 East. Heritage has a home base in Nebraska...but is expanding to Minot with a grand opening set for November 3rd. They are currently wrapping up constitution of the modular home they will house. That is what they sell -- modular homes -- and they range in style from small 1000 square foot models...all the way to three thousand square feet plus two and three story options. You can check them out on the web and see what they offer -- Heritage Homes coming to the Magic City.

Finally, in Underwood, Third Watch Communications has moved from Dallas to the middle of North Dakota. Third Watch is run by Gordon Mell-a-Tear. They supply law enforcement with equipment needed to get their job done -- and have branched to construction companies as well. You can find them on the web as well by searching Third Watch Communications.

With Business Beat, I'm Perry Olson.
