Many new businesses have opened their doors recently

Jon Schaeffer shows you where as he takes you around town.

In Mandan--Meriweather trade and gift shop on Main St. is having their ribbon cutting today.

The trade and gift shop has clothing, accessories, purses and more--most of which with Mandan, North Dakota printed onto it.

The shop is owned by Scott and Roma Newton-- who recently moved here from Arizona.

They say they are excited to have the store open for the public to stop in and buy merchandise representing Mandan.

Over to Bismarck-- Kittson and Third opened their doors on Tuesday.

The women's boutique originated in Grand Forks a year ago.

They offer affordable and unique clothing and accessories that are in style.

You can stop their location on 4th St. in downtown Bismarck Wednesday -Saturday opening at 11 am.

Heading to North Bismarck--Game stop next to America's mattress on skyline Boulevard is now open.

They have a wide selection of games from Xbox and Playstation to nintendo and everything in between.

The store offers new and pre-owned games.

America's Mattress will have its soft open on October 29th.

they are moving from their current location in south Bismarck

Owner Dustin Schmidt says this store is going to be a "one stop bedroom shop".

By the way the New Caption Jacks up North is set to open next week Wednesday.
