October On The Run: Ashton & Misty Painte

Posted:
Bismarck, ND -

A Bismarck couple is running from the law together...

Ashton and Misty Painte are charged with five felonies related to dealing narcotic drugs on two separate occasions.

On top of that, the Painte's are accused of having two children with them when making the deals.

The drug deals were made using confidential informants in January and April this year.

The Painte's were arrested in July on the drug crimes.

However they both failed to show up for drug and alcohol testing while out on bond and have skipped court hearings.

The Burleigh County Sheriffs Department has warrants for their arrests and will extradite from anywhere in the U.S.

There is also a warrant for Ashton Painte's arrest in Morton County that deals with assaulting a police officer.

If you have any information on Ashton or Misty Painte, contact the Burleigh County Sheriffs Department.
