Dickinson, ND -

An Idaho man living in Dickinson has pleaded guilty to raping an 83 year old woman.

Nick Webster is charged with Gross Sexual Imposition, a AA felony along with burglary and interfering with a 9-1-1 call.

Webster pleaded guilty to all the counts on the condition that he can appeal the judge's decision to allow statements Webster made to officers following his arrest.

Webster broke into an elderly Dickinson woman's home in March.

The 24 year old, woke the woman up and forcibly sexually assaulted her.

He also grabbed the phone away from the woman when she tried to call for help.

Authorities say Webster lived in a nearby apartment.

He will be sentenced at a later time.

Webster faces life in prison.
