Mandan police report Big Willies was the target of two burglaries in the past week.
The first burglary was reported last Thursday morning. When officers arrived, people at the business refused to cooperate and would not allow officers inside the building.
The second burglary was reported early yesterday morning. Officers found a 20-year-old man leaving the area. He was arrested for burglary and drug charges. Nothing was reported missing from the business.
