A high risk sex offender charged with 16 crimes for entering homes and peeping in windows has decided to change his plea.
Donald Gerald will plead guilty to the crimes December 4th.
Assistant Burleigh County State's Attorney, Pam Nesvig, says there is no plea agreement in the case.
Gerald is charged with being at a dozen homes at night, some of them multiple times.
Authorities have said Gerald was around hundreds of homes targeting homes with children.
The incidents happened between July and November of 2011.
He was being monitored by GPS at the time of the home intrusions.
Gerald has a lengthy criminal history involving window peeping, home intrusion and burglary.
