Mandan Police Investigate Stabbing Outside Bar

Police in Mandan are also asking for the public's help after a stabbing near the Moscow bar Saturday night.

According to Sgt. Stepp, around 11:44 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to the alley behind the Silver Dollar and Moscow bars.

Stepp says around ten people were involved in a fight, many of whom fled once police arrived.

Officers found a 23-year-old Bismarck man who had been stabbed twice, once in the abdomen and once in the back.

He was transported to the hospital for surgery.

Police say there are at least two suspects involved in the stabbing who fled the scene.
