November On The Run: Alexander Johnson

Posted:
Dickinson, ND -

A Dickinson man who keeps driving even though he has no license -- is this month's On The Run criminal.

Alexander Johnson has been convicted Driving While Under Suspension nine times.

There are warrants for Johnson's arrest on five cases.

The warrants started piling up after Johnson skipped a sentencing hearing on a DUS charge in August and he hasn't been heard from since.

Johnson is wanted for violating his probation on two other DUS charges, a violating a protection order charge and a class A Felony Aggravated Assault charge.

In that case Johnson is accused of grabbing a woman around the throat and banging her head on the floor and wall until she was unconscious.

Stark County authorities say they believe Johnson is in the Dickinson area.

He is known to run from law enforcement.

If you have any information on where Alex Johnson is contact the Stark County Sheriffs Department at 456-7759.

Meanwhile, Burleigh County authorities are still looking for Ashton and Misty Painte.

The couple is charged with five felonies related to dealing narcotic drugs on two separate occasions.

The Painte's are accused of having their children with them when making the deals.

If you have any information on where the Painte's may be contact the Sheriffs Department at 222-6651.
