New buildings are coming, businesses are opening, and some are closing...

Sanford health Occupational medicine is slated for a move to 2603 E Broadway Avenue in Bismarck.

The Occupational Clinic has outgrown its current location-- so they are moving to a new 17,000 square foot facility.

Stanford Health Chiropractic will also be moving to the new location.

The move is slated for April of 2013.

West Region Medical Center is has a 16 acre campus ready to be built on Calgary Avenue in Bismarck.

The goal for West region is to offer private and group practices surrounding an special Ambulatory Surgical Center.

The available space will work for dentistry, chiropractors, and other services.

Paula's gift shop on the strip in Mandan is slated to close in March.

the shop has been at its location for 12 years-- with gifts and other items for people to enjoy.

Paula is thankful for her customers.

Then two new businesses are towards the west end of Main St. in Mandan.

A new thrift store has its sign up and boxes inside.

D and V Towing has its sign up on the corner of main and 7 th Ave NW.

McKenzie River Pizza grill and pub will open on Tuesday as well.
