Napoleon Care Center Expands

Posted:

Other businesses and services are also expanding in Napoleon.

Construction started this September on a 2.5 million dollar project at The Napoleon Care Center.
The 3 phase addition includes adding onto the dining room, adding 8 "semi-private" rooms and updating the existing building with new windows, flooring and doors.
Administrator Richard Regner says at least 3 new employees will be hired and the addition will allow the Center to offer some residents their own room.

(Richard Regner / Administrator) "The trend in the industry is to have private rooms. We want to offer that. We want to be able to offer those private rooms in our community. We want to keep people here. The new facilities that are being built in the bigger cities, they have private rooms. We want to keep people in our community."

The Care Center updates are expected to be completed by June 2013.
A new fire and ambulance hall is also being built in Napoleon and a 3 unit apartment complex was recently completed, along with a new credit union that opened in May.
