Mitchell Walck Makes First Court Appearance

The man arrested yesterday after threatening someone with a handgun in Bismarck, makes his first court appearance.

Yesterday Mitchell Walck was arrested near the Oasis Truck Stop in Bismarck after threatening a man with a handgun.

Walk had a 9mm handgun in his waistband at the time of his arrest.

Police also recovered a 2005 Silver Subaru Forester in a nearby parking lot that was reported stolen from Idaho.

Today in court, Mitchell Walck is charged with Terrorizing which is a Class C Felony.

Possession of a stolen vehicle and felon in possession by a felon which are also Class C Felonies.

He's also charged with unlawful entry to a motor vehicle.

"Specifically that you entered a vehicle owned by Dallas Hatzenbuelah without use of force with the intent to commit the crime of terrorizing and or theft this is a class C Felony as well," Judge Sonia Anderson said.

Walck is also suspected of kidnapping a woman at gunpoint in Idaho and dropping her off unharmed in Montana.

He's also accused of shooting at an Idaho State Police Officer.
