Attempted Kidnapper in Custody

A man is now in police custody for the attempted adult abduction in the Minot Wal-Mart parking lot reported on Friday.

25-year-old Jacob Greeman of Minot is being charged with terrorizing, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and attempted kidnapping.

Based on information provided by the Minot Police Department on Friday, an anonymous call led officers to a vehicle owned by Greeman.

In an interview today with investigators, Greeman admitted being the individual from the previous call at Wal-mart.

Greeman was arrested and transported to the Ward County Jail.
