Deer Carcass Dumped into Missouri River

Bismarck Police along with other agencies are looking into a deer being illegally killed and dumped into the Missouri River.

A south Bismarck resident reported a dead deer carcass on the river banks.

He says he saw tire tracks backed up to the river along with blood splatter.

Authorities say only the loin meat was removed from the deer the rest was discarded.

The deer had not been tagged.
