A Highway Patrol vehicle is hit this morning just west of Fargo while parked on the side of I-94.
Trooper William Brown had pulled over to help at the scene of a crash. He had activated his emergency lights.
Meanwhile, a 17-year-old male from Mapleton lost control of the Suburban he was driving and hit the side of the patrol vehicle.
No one was injured in the crash.
Damage is estimated at around 10-thousand dollars to Suburban, and around 2-thousand dollars to the Highway Patrol truck.
The patrol says since the driver is a juvenile, they will not release information on any potential charges.
