A man who faces a mandatory sentence of at least 20 years for dealing meth -- is this months On The Run criminal.
Authorities believe Mark Dilger is in the Bismarck Mandan area.
He's charged with Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine.
Because it's his 3rd delivery offense -- he faces a maximum minimum sentence of 20 years in prison.
Dilger was charged in June 2011 with the crime.
He was released on bond, under the condition he was to do random drug testing.
Authorities say Dilger tested positive, his bond was revoked and a warrant issued for his arrest.
Law enforcement have been looking for Dilger since April 2012.
Dilger has an extensive criminal history beginning in 1991.
In the past 20 years he's been charged with various crimes involving drugs, stolen property and driving offenses.

Police say they got a tip Thursday that Alexander Johnson was in a Dickinson home.
The house was supposed to be vacant.
Authorities called in the Dickinson Tactical Team because Johnson wouldn't answer the door.
After a half hour of negotiations, Johnson and two others came out of the home and were arrested.
There were warrants for Johnson's arrest on five cases.
He was wanted for violating his probation and skipping a sentencing hearing.
