A bomb threat at Dakota Square Mall on Saturday has led to the arrest of 52-year-old Patrick Cleveland.
Minot Central Dispatch received a call through the 911 line around 6 p.m. on Saturday reporting that an explosive device had been planted at the mall.
Minot Police Department Sgt. Dan Maroney says it's unknown - and unlikely - that the bomb threat on Saturday was the same caller that caused an evacuation at Dakota Square Mall in December.
Sgt. Maroney says the dispatcher identified Cleveland as someone who has called in other threats recently.
Officers responded and followed protocol but Sgt. Maroney says the threat was deemed 'less credible' than the threat in December and did NOT require evacuation.
Upon investigation it was determined that the report was false.
Patrick Cleveland was arrested for terrorizing, a class C felony, punishable by up to five years in jail and a five-thousand-dollar fine.

Minot Police Department says an undetermined but substantial amount of money has been stolen in four business-burglaries today. (SUNDAY)
Entry was gained at three of the businesses and attempted at one.
Two of the businesses are located in downtown Minot and two on South Broadway.
Minot Police Department officers believe that only cash was stolen at each location, with the exception of a pair of deer skinned gloves taken from one business and used during that burglary.
If anyone has any information on these crimes, please call the Minot Police Department at 852-0111.

Two suspects are in custody and a third is still-at-large in a home break-in that took place in southeast Minot on Saturday.
Minot Central Dispatch received a 911 call from a 14-year-old girl who reported two males had broken into her home and were assaulting her and her mother.
When the police arrived, the suspects had fled the scene.
A joint investigation with the Renville County Sheriffs Department lead to the arrests of 47-year-old Glen Gillstrap of Mohall, and 38-year-old Harley Osterlund of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Both men are now being held at the Ward County Jail.
The third male, Richard Foley is still-at-large and may be in the Mohall area.
Foley is also being sought out for additional charges of felonious restraint and terrorizing.
Foley is a 43-year-old white male from Mohall.
He is approximately 5-10 and 195 pounds with brown and grey hair and blue eyes.
He also goes by the alias 'Todd.'
If you have any information about Foley's whereabouts, please contact the Minot Police Department.
Again, that number 852-0111.
Minot Police Department Sgt. Dan Maroney says the home-break-in on Saturday and the four business-burglaries on Sunday are not related.
