So how does one change that?

Dozens of people attended today's workshop at the Grand International Inn. Life coach Stacey L.

For a small fee, those in attendance received guidance in discovering self-confidence, factors that effect self confidence, and five tips that can boost self confidence.

Brown is the owner of Self Reflections in Minot.

As a certified life coach, Brown say her mission is to help women build confidence, discover their strengths and improve their lives.

She has been a certified life coach since 2010 and says she uses her life experiences to help others achieve their goals.

(Stacey L. Brown, Certified Life Coach) "When we really get into it and explore, we come to the conclusion that almost every and anything can effect our confidence in terms of how we feel from a day to day basis and sometimes moment to moment.
