Thief Shouts "Woo-hoo" After Wallet Theft

A Bismarck woman reports a gutsy theft at a local restaurant.

Around 6pm last Friday the woman says she was eating dinner at the Country House Deli.

She says she had her purse on the floor near her with her wallet exposed.

She says a white male between the ages of 20 and 25 entered the restaurant and used the restroom.

On his way out, he reportedly walked up from behind her, snatched the wallet, yelled "woo-hoo," and ran out of the building.

The incident remains under investigation.
