Funeral Set For Reiten

The family of the late Chester Reiten has announced plans for his funeral.

Reiten will be remembered next week on Tuesday at a service planned for Minot State University's Anne Nicole Nelson Hall at Old Main.

The service is scheduled to begin at 1pm and all are invited to attend.

Chester died Tuesday of this week at the age of 89.

Reiten was best known as the founder of the Norsk Hostfest, but also served as a Mayor of Minot and a State Legislator.

He also built the broadcasting company you are watching now, growing it to four television stations spanning western and central North Dakota.
