A jury has been selected in the murder trial of Omar Kalmio in Minot.
Kalmio is accused of killing four people in Minot in January 2011.
Shaun Sipma has more from the courtroom at the Ward County Court House.

Eight women and Eight men make up the jury panel in the Omar Kalmio Murder trial.
Twelve will be the actual jury that decides the fate of Kalmio and four are alternates, although none of the men and women that make up the jury panel know who is a juror and who is an alternate.
That won't be decided until Closing arguments are made.
(Judge Doug Mattson, District Court)  "Do not converse with any witness, any party, or any attorney in this case concerning any matter.  Do not ready about this in any news accounts in this trial until you retire to deliberate your verdict or do not discuss this case.  Do not allow others to discuss this case with you, do not form or express an opinion about this case."
Jury instruction is schedule to take place Monday along with the opening statements from both the defense and prosecution.
Kalmio is accused of killing Sabrina Zephier, Jolene Zephier, Dillon Zephier and Jeremy Longie, January 28th, 2011.
More than 100 people have been identified as possible witnesses to testify during the trial which is scheduled to last up to three weeks.
