A 22-year-old burglar is tracked down by GPS on cell phones that he stole from a residence.

Pedro Morales, Jr was arrested around 3:30 in the morning on the 28th.

According to Bismarck Police, a 34-year-old female woke up in her home on the 400 block of North 13th street, to see Morales Jr. standing above her.

She yelled and the suspect ran across the street.

It is reported that he had stolen several cell phones.

The GPS was turned on, and he was located on a neighbors porch.

Police say he ran into another homeowner and was eventually handcuffed and arrested for burglary.

Morales is charged with burglary and is being held on a 5-thousand dollar cash bond. He is also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
