Applications for new low income apartments are now available from the Minot Housing Authority.
The Washington Townhouses located on Hiawatha Street next to Zion Lutheran Church have been under construction the past few months and as of today WEDNESDAY, applications are being accepted for two of the four buildings.
Each building will have 8 units varying from one bedroom to four bedrooms.
Because of the large number of applications expected, applications will be randomly picked.
Applicants who aren't picked for the first two buildings may re-apply for the other two buildings that are expected to be ready by end of May or early June.
