Felony Fame gives an in-depth look to his rise to stardom coming from North Carolina after being crowned as "The Coldest" MC.

New York, NY (PRWEB) February 09, 2013

Hip Hop artist Felony Fame gained a considerably amount of recognition after being crowned as “The Coldest” in the Coors Light 2012 competition. As a part of the nationwide “Search For The Coldest” win, he received a championship belt and a produced track from Hip Hop’s highly respected DJ Drama.

In the documentary “Rise To Fame”, Felony Fame also known as Feli Fame, shows excerpts of his life in North Carolina and accredits many Hip Hop legends, but states that his persona and brand was a reflection from his grandmother who passed away last year.

Finding opportunities to reveal his talents at a young age seemed inconceivable coming from Robeson County, which was known for its racial tension and riots amongst Blacks and Native Americans. "The ability to think, dream and pursue are only taken for granted by the ones that sit, sleep and abuse. I was a kid with a speech impediment up until my high school years. No one believed I would ever talk correctly and now I'm an artist. Winning a national competition that involves one hundred percent of something I was thought to never do. Speech not only became my job, but it became a way of life for me. That goes to show that will power is far more stronger than any doubt could ever be." says Felony Fame

"Overcoming adversities in my life didn't happen right away. Time took its course and allowed me to not only grow, but to rise and realize that opportunities come in the most rarest form", states the emcee. Along with his musical abilities, Fame rose to also become an actor and screenwriter for his upcoming short film “Dirty Laundry: Greed Has No Face” which will be released this year.
