A Mandan man is charged after pulling a knife in public and striking vehicles and mailboxes as he walked around.
Mandan police say 35-year-old Nathan Siebrasse was walking on East Main in Mandan Saturday afternoon screaming and swinging a knife around.
An officer spotted him on the 100 block of west Main. As the officer got out of his patrol car, Siebrasse approached him with the knife in a protective case in his hands.
Siebrasse then fled before being tracked down and arrested in a local pawn shop. Siebrasse faces four charges including terrorizing and resisting arrest.
