Elemental LED, a leading supplier of LED lighting solutions for commercial and residential applications announced today the launch of a new line of LED lighting solutions for sign fabricators. The PuraLight™ series of waterproof LED sign modules include six unique form factors to illuminate and adapt to signs of all shapes and sizes no matter the depth, stroke or font.
Elemental LED has distinguished itself from competition with an impressive growth curve. Doubling its revenue year over year for the past five years, this latest entrance into the sign fabricator market is another example of the company’s aggressive dual-pronged growth strategy of new market penetration introducing a superior product and combining it with market disrupting service offering.
“The sign fabricator market is a natural choice for us. It allows Elemental LED to leverage our competitive advantages in product quality, product availability, pricing and project support,” said Jim Puchbauer Elemental LED’s Director of Marketing. “Sign fabricators are responding very positively to our specialized resources including account management, product specialists, and our project support utilizing advanced tools like the Sign Wizard™ design software.”
To meet the high standards of this market, Elemental LED introduced the PuraLight™ Waterproof LED Sign Module Series. PuraLight™ sign modules are designed for both interior and exterior signage, displays, cabinets, light boxes and more. The custom product line features ultra bright LED chips that deliver superior brightness, consistent color temperature and a lifespan of 50,000 hours, ensuring years of reliable use. The modules are a UL recognized component with an IP67 rating and come with a five-year warranty. PuraLight™ Modules also feature a waterproof, durable PVC housing and 3M 9888T pressure-sensitive tape backing that adheres strongly to wood, metal, paper and most plastics including polyethylene and polypropylene.
Greg Parr, Elemental LED Account Manager and Signage Program Specialist said, “The PuraLight™ Modules illuminate with a consistent color tone of true daylight white at 6000 Kelvin and are IP rated to withstand outdoor conditions for years to come.”
The PuraLight™ line of ultra bright sign modules is designed for ultimate flexibility and offer several options: the single LED chip MonoBright™ Sign Module, the dual LED chip DuoBright™ Sign Module and the three LED chip TrioBright™ Sign Module, which includes three form factors and single color and color-changing RGB options.
The Elemental LED Sign Program offers high-value services including Sign Wizard,™ a program that allows Account Managers to streamline the quote calculation process. Sign fabricators can submit project artwork for a client that Elemental LED Account Managers then import into the program. The advanced software calculates the exact number of sign modules and the correct power supply needed to achieve high impact sign illumination. The accuracy of the resulting lighting design and associated quote enable sign fabricators to know the exact cost of a project and can use the print outs when applying for permits or closing a deal with a client.
“We understand the most difficult and time consuming part of a sign fabricator’s job is to accurately estimate the cost of a project for prospective or existing clients. We offer faster turnaround times and eliminate the risk having to cover the costs of underestimated jobs. We save them time and money using Sign Wizard™ and they can focus on booking more clients,” said Parr.
