Bismarck Woman says Man Grabbed Her from Behind

A 21-year-old Bismarck woman says she was grabbed by a man she doesn't know while taking her kids out of the car.

Bismarck police report around 9 p.m. Wednesday night the woman was taking her two-year-old girl and one- month old boy out of the car when a man tried grabbing her from behind.

It happened in the 100 block of East Indiana Avenue.

The woman tried using the door to fend him off, but he tried grabbing her again.

She then locked herself and the kids in the car and drove to a friends house.

The woman says the man appeared to be intoxicated, swerving as he walked away.

The suspect is described as a Native American male between 5'7" and 5'10" weighing between 140-160 pounds. The man has a slim build, black shoulder length hair, wore a baseball cap and is between 20 and 30 years old.
