Firefighters knock out a late night building fire right off of State street in north Bismarck.
Around 10:50 Sunday evening, a 9-1-1 call came in reporting heavy smoke and flames coming from the roof area of 1303 East Central Avenue.
Firefighters were battling the blaze in the upper part of the Red Door Pediatric building directly north of Taco Johns.
Around 11:15 you can see firefighters spraying the flames from the inside and outside of the building as a small part of the roof crumbles from the water pressure and fire.
In spite of a lot of wind and blowing smoke, the fire was put out in around 15 to 20 minutes.
According to Bismarck Battalion Chief, Rob Carlson, three hose lines were deployed to fight the fire and four trucks were on scene.
The fire was contained to the attic and roof area and no other buildings were damaged.
There are no injuries and very little smoke damage throughout the building.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
