Fuddruckers makes the claim they create the 'World's Greatest Hamburgers"...North Dakotans can put that claim to the test soon. The chain is coming first to Williston -- to be located just north of Wal-Mart...and the group bringing the chain here Serka Services, says over the next 18 months or so you'll see Fuddruckers opening in Dickinson, Bismarck, Fargo...and Minot as well. On site with the Williston Fuddruckers will be a yet to be named hotel and apartments as well -- built to house employees and others in the region.

In Stanley, Black Gold Suites is currently building a second location. The first Black Gold Suites was completed recently in Tioga and is now open...this will be a 91 unit extended style stay hotel that plans on opening later in 2013. Associated Architects of Denver is the leading the project for investor Norm Brodsky.

Not far from the Black Gold Suites -- Subway has opened a location in Stanley. City officials say you can expect to see more chain restaurants coming to town soon...with lots of action expected this summer. Subway opened its doors on Friday.

Finally, in Rugby, the Cobblestone Inn and Suites is in the build out phase. You'll find Cobblestone locations across the upper Midwest in smaller communities like Rugby -- in fact Carrington already has one, and others are soon to open in Bottineau and Harvey. Ground was broken here in Rugby in October and a spring opening is planned. The Cobblestone will have 36 rooms when completed.
