Bismarck Man Arrested for Luring a Minor by Computer

A 39-year-old Bismarck man is caught trying to lure a minor for sex by computer.

Randall Frey is charged with a class 'B' felony.

An undercover officer, posing as a 14 year old female, started chatting with Frey on a social networking site.

The man made plans to meet the girl in south Bismarck to have sex.

When the suspect arrived he was arrested and taken to the Burleigh County Jail.

Frey admitted to police that he knew the girls was only 14--and that he would have had sex with her had they met.

Judge Gail Hagerty set bond at $8-thousand dollars cash.

Officials say some areas on the road near Jamestown were 10 to 14 inches deep. It may be hard to tell but this is actually interstate. Drivers were down to about five miles an hour just west of Jamestown
Two westbound semi trailers were swept off the road and had to be pulled out early Sunday, and some eastbound vehicles were stranded until the water receded enough to let them proceed.
