Valentine's Day turns sour after a 26-year-old Bismarck woman is arrested for trying to sell sex online.
According to the Bismarck Police Department, Crystal Olson was arrested on prostitution charges after a police officer responded to her online classified ad.
The officer responded to an escort ad on February 14th.
From then until the 20th Olson and the officer corresponded through emails and an agreement was made to pay for sex.
Yesterday, Olson was arrested at a local hotel, where she and the undercover officer had allegedly agreed to meet.
The charge is a class 'B' misdemeanor. She was released with a promise to appear in court.
The case has been forwarded to the city attorney for review.
