Bismarck, ND -

Burleigh County authorities have spent the last couple months trying to find a man wanted for having sex with a 14 year old...

Derek Hoff is charged with Gross Sexual Imposition for having sex with a 14 year old in February 2011.

Hoff was 18 at the time.

The crime is a class A felony.

Authorities say they believe Hoff is with his girlfriend who is also wanted.

Taylor Lafournaise is wanted for not showing up to court and for having drug paraphernalia.

Burleigh County authorities say the couple is more than likely in the Bismarck surrounding area.

However the families of both wanted criminals say they haven't seen them for weeks.

Officials say some areas on the road near Jamestown were 10 to 14 inches deep. It may be hard to tell but this is actually interstate. Drivers were down to about five miles an hour just west of Jamestown
