St. Alexius Medical Center and Kohl's department store are teaming up once again to provide free cooking classes for fourth and fifth graders. It's all about health, wellness and good choices.
"Incorporating grains, fruits and vegetables, and also different variety of things that they can eat throughout their lives -- it gives them some tools to do that for the future," says Duane Ehrens, Head Chef at St. Alexius Medical Center.
This is just one of six free community children's programs St. Alexius and Kohl's partners for each year. For more information, contact St. Alexius Foundation Office at 701/530-7065.
