A Bismarck woman is charged after allegedly stripping in front of a minor.
Angel Escue is charged with promoting obscenity to minors, a class 'C' felony.
A complaint filed with the Burleigh County State's Attorneys Office say Escue and another 31-year-old woman stripped in front of two men at the Motel 6 during the summer of 2011 in while a female minor was in the room.
Warrants were issued for arrest last fall and Escue was taken into custody today.
Authorities say Escue admitted in a phone interview that she and the other woman did strip in front of two men while the minor was present.
The other woman, who is the minors mother, has not been taken into custody.
Escue makes her initial appearance in court this afternoon.
