A young man charged with manslaughter in Mandan pleads not guilty.
23-year-old Colten Towry is charged with manslaughter for causing the death of Derek Oshkeshequoam by assault last October.
Towry and two others were charged following a homicide investigation by Mandan police.
Police say Towry assaulted Derek at a house party October 27th.
The 30-year-old Bismarck man died two days later from his injuries.
Two others are charged in the case.
The three men are not in custody.
Towry is out on bond--his next hearing is set for April 22nd.
