Student Spotlight-Granville

Posted: Updated:

Time for tonight's Student Spotlight, where we meet top graduates from local schools.

This time we head to Granville to meet Megan Brodehl.

(Megan Brodehl, Granville Senior) "I think I've done well at this school because we don't have a lot of students and we don't have a lot of teachers so you get more one on one time with the teachers so that helped a lot. My favorite subject is science. I really enjoy my science teacher Mrs. Webb - she was always there to help even if it wasn't just science class. I'm basically involved in every activity possible. I do cross country, basketball, track, honor society, band, choir, student council...I've been very busy. Next year I plan to attend the University of Mary and major in biology and pre-med and hope to get a career as a family physician. I've always liked helping people and science is one of my favorite classes so I figured being a doctor would be the perfect combination."

Congratulations to Megan and these honor graduates at TGU-Granville.

All seven seniors at Granville will graduate on May26th.

It's almost here...The 2014-2015 school year is less than a month away, and districts around the region are trying to get a handle on just how many kids will come through the doors on that first day.
